Our Goal: Assist with the completion of administrative operations at HMO branches using digital applications (booking doctor appointments, retrieving test results, ordering prescriptions, etc.).
Our Activities: Benefit representatives spread out at selected HMO branches and assisted those insured by the HMO to complete administrative operations using the digital stand. The sales representative invited people waiting in line for service to speed up the process and learn how to use the HMO’s website to save time and significantly improve their service experience.
